From your Tukxi application, Go to > Menu> Invite Friends> Share your invite codes via WhatsApp, Messenger or Email.

3.How will I know if someone has booked me for a ride?

You will receive a notification on your phone with a beep sound, which will last for 30 seconds. You can see the pick-up location and the distance of the rider requesting the trip.

4.What is the payment mechanism in the system?

After the trip ends, you can directly collect the payment from the rider via cash or by payment gateway options which will be credited to you by Tukxi.

5.Can you use your card or wallet or by cash to handle the settlements with the company?

The settlement with the company can be made by card or UPI through the payment option in your driver app.

6.What is the fee for using Tukxi Driver App?

There are NO such fees for using the Tukxi driver app. We collect a booking fee from the riders for every trip, which in turn is collected by the drivers and paid back to Tukxi.

7.What if I travelled with someone once and do not wish to travel with him again?

Please reach out to our support if you are unhappy with a journey in Tukxi. We will get to the bottom of the issue and make sure that it does not happen again. We have established protocols that will prevent the pairing to repeat.

8.Is the system safe for women drivers/passengers?

Yes. Here at Tukxi we ensure women safety by integrating a SOS switch in our app. Moreover, every ride can be tracked remotely with a simple share button from our app.

9.How do I coordinate the pickup points with the Rider. How does the live tracking and chat help?
- Drivers are easily navigated to the pickup location through Google maps. Moreover, drivers can easily communicate to the riders by messaging via Tukxi app or by making a phone call via the app, ensuring your mobile numbers remains private

10.How can I report abuse against a passenger?

You can easily report an abuse against a passenger through our in- app or call support system. We will get to the bottom of the issue and solve it amicably.

12.Who will have access to a driver profile?

Your data remains private at all times, only the admin panel has access to a driver profile which will be used to maintain compliance.

The driver won’t be able to pick any trips.

The request will be automatically redirected to a nearby driver.

The drivers have access to the passenger name and star rating.

16.What is waiting time? How does a driver calculate the waiting charges?
- Waiting time is when an Auto remains stationary while on the trip, it might be on request by the rider or maybe during while waiting for the rider to come onboard. The driver has the option to put the trip on wait while on the trip, the charges are calculated according to the standard pricing

17.Can the driver change the route as per the passenger request?
- The destination and route can be changed by the passenger at all times. The shortest route will be always shown in the app which is to be followed by the driver. The rider can ask the driver to take a particular route upon which the fare will be calculated by the actual distance travelled.

19.What should the driver do in case of a dispute with the passenger?
- The driver should always report the dispute to Tukxi Support, we will get in touch with both the driver and rider to solve the issue amicably

20.Are there any cancellation charges?
- There are no cancellation charges for the trips cancelled by the driver and you will receive a cancellation charge for the trips cancelled by the rider after a few minutes of trip acceptance

21.How can I edit my existing booking?

You cannot edit an existing booking, changes have to be made by the rider.

22.How can I get a bill/receipt for the trip I take?

You can easily generate a bill for every trip from the Invoice section in the driver app

23.Is Toll tax included or excluded from my Total fare?

Toll tax is included in the trip fare for routes that requires paying a toll.

24.What if I have a lot of luggage to be carried during the journey?

Auto Rickshaws are not allowed to carry luggage for commercial purposes. The driver has the rights to accept/reject a trip if the rider has more than the normal luggage to be carried during a trip.

26.Do I need to pay any extra amount apart from the one listed here on the website?

The trip fare includes the minimum charge, distance fee and the booking charges including the tax. There’s no need to pay an additional amount.
